US government quietly approves Frankenstein-like injection plan
A new report confirms a US plan to develop a synthetic “universal vaccine” that uses molecular chimeras – artificially created mixtures of viral parts – as the core of the flu.
The US Government Accountability Office (GAO) has quietly confirmed the federal government’s plans to begin clinical trials in 2026 for a “universal vaccine” – a synthetic injection made by combining parts of multiple virus strains into a single dose.
While this Frankenstein-like injection is marketed as a means of preventing future pandemics, the virus at its heart is influenza – the same virus that the US government has been manipulating for years through function enhancement research and which now claims to be poised to cause the next global outbreak.
“Since 2015, the majority of clinical work on universal vaccines has focused on influenza,” the GAO notes in its May 2025 Science and Technology Spotlight report.
“Several universal influenza vaccine candidates have entered clinical trials.”
This is consistent with what we have already discovered: Federal agencies have been conducting bird flu amplification experiments for more than a decade, promoting mRNA and DNA vaccines for poultry and stockpiling antiviral contracts – all the while whispering warnings about H5N1 spreading to humans.
The Trump administration recently announced the development of a $500 million “next-generation universal vaccine platform” called Generation Gold Standard, which will focus on developing vaccines against avian influenza.
Under the leadership of Obama-nominated Comptroller General Gene Dodaro, the GAO is now approving another step in this orchestrated rollout: a universal flu vaccine that doesn’t target just one strain, but uses recombined fragments from many strains at once.
“Scientists can now put together microscopic pieces of many different viral strains, increasing the number of strains that can be combated with a single dose,” the GAO report said.
This is not a new flu vaccine.
It is a molecular chimera – a biotechnological construct made from pieces of viruses that do not occur naturally.
Chimeric technology is being promoted by the NIH, HHS, and the Department of Defense.
The GAO confirms that the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the National Institutes of Health (NIH) will begin testing this fusion fragment platform in 2026, which they describe specifically as:
“Next-generation universal vaccine platform.”
And it’s not just HHS and NIH.
The Ministry of Defence is also involved, raising serious questions about the goals of biodefense and the risks associated with dual use.
The Department of Defense and the National Institutes of Health “have funded research to develop a universal influenza vaccine,” the report says.
This means that the US military is now actively funding the development of synthetic, man-made flu vaccines based on a platform that could theoretically be adapted against any pathogen – including, as the GAO notes, “coronaviruses” and “mosquito-borne viruses” like Zika or dengue.
Not as “universal” as previously thought.
Despite the brand name, the GAO acknowledges that these vaccines do not eliminate the need for booster shots:
“However, universal vaccines may need to be updated or supplemented with booster doses from time to time.”
In other words, even after the viral fragments are incorporated into a synthetic broad-spectrum vaccine, the promised long-term immunity is not guaranteed.
This clearly undermines the justification for investing billions in this technology.
If booster vaccination continues to be required, the public will be sold a “universal” label without a universal outcome – simply a more complex and less transparent injection platform without a proven end result of booster vaccination.
The point is not that the government is simplifying vaccination schedules, but rather that it is improving the platform without solving the problem .
Is this about public health or creating a control platform?
The flu is a gateway.
The mechanism is synthetic, chimeric constructs.
And your immune system is a testing ground.
What the GAO has just confirmed may not be so much a response to the threat as it is building that infrastructure.
After years of manipulating bird flu in US laboratories, developing bird flu vaccines, and investing military resources in synthetic platforms, this so-called universal flu vaccine does not just appear by chance.
