The Biden administration stole part of the spotlight from Donald Trump’s nominee for secretary of health and human services, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., with just five days remaining in President Joe Biden’s first term.
Through the Food and Drug Administration, the Biden-Harris team took the initiative to ban the cancer-causing artificial food coloring Red No. 3, which is commonly found in highly processed toxic foods, including candy, chips, soda and even cold drugs.
“The FDA is changing its color supplement policy to no longer allow the use of FD&C Red No. 3 in food and ingested drugs in response to the 2022 Color Additives Petition,” the FDA wrote in a press release Wednesday morning.
The agency, which has allegedly been captured by RFK Jr. by an industrial processed food complex, continued: “The petition asked the agency to review whether Delaney’s clause was valid and cited two studies that showed cancer in laboratory male rats exposed to high FD &C red No. 3 levels due to rat-specific hormonal mechanism.”
“Manufacturers using FD&C Red No. 3 in food and ingested drugs have until January 15, 2027 or January 18, 2028, respectively, to reformulate their products,” the agency noted, adding, “Foods imported into the U.S. must still meet U.S. requirements.”
We are witnessing the early chapters of the food revolution set to sweep the nation under Trump 2.0. Dubbed the “Make America Healthy Again” initiative, “RFK Jr. Effect” is likely to lead to the demolition of a processed food industrial complex that has poisoned Americans for decades.
Sigh.
This recent NYT “fact-check” is absurd and proves the point of RFK JR.
Trump 2.0, whose RFK Jr. will take charge of HHS, must also revive small farms and put the country’s food supply chain back into the hands of the people from the majority control of globalist corporations.
