The hall of Oleviste Church in Tallinnâs Old Town is packed full of people on a Saturday afternoon. Hundreds of individuals from the capital and beyond have gathered for a charity event aimed at helping the homeless and low-income families.
Among those who have come to collect food parcels are elderly pensioners, barely able to move with the help of walking sticks. But there are also young families with several small children in tow.
