Today, on May 21, 2025, a new political party called Plan B was established in Tartu. Three individuals, who could no longer remain silent as Estonian politics drifted away from the people, humanity, and common sense, laid the foundation for a movement that puts the interests of the Estonian people and human dignity back at the heart of public life.
📜 Founding Agreement
The party’s name is Plan B, headquartered at Tähtvere 4, Tartu.
The founding members are:
– Andro Roos
– Enni Vaarmann
– Indrek Pähnapuu
The party board, referred to as the Round Table, was confirmed as follows:
– Andro Roos (Chairman)
– Enni Vaarmann
– Indrek Pähnapuu
The founders unanimously adopted the party’s statutes and program.

Plan B is a civic movement based on the Constitution of the Republic of Estonia – for those who feel that today’s politics has lost touch with humanity, understanding, and simple common sense.
We believe Estonia can be a fair, homely, and wise country – one that does not judge people by their flaws but by their work and contribution. Our ideology centers on community, family, dignity, bold love of truth, and trust in people and God.
We do not divide people into parties or boxes – we unite them through a shared goal: to build an Estonia for all Estonian people. The goal of the party is to lead and develop the Estonian state in the spirit of the Constitution, especially its preamble, representing the political interests of its members and supporters and exercising state and local power.

We make no hollow promises and reject the disconnected political elite. We are building a state where a person is not a number or a faceless unit, but an individual who is listened to and valued for their work, deeds, and responsibility.
