The latest court document in the proceedings against Mark Rutte, Bill Gates and the Dutch government is 52 pages long and contains explosive passages. In the statement of claim, the plaintiffs respond to the defendants’ written defense (response summary).
A noteworthy detail: it is dated June 11th of last year, the day that lawyer Arno van Kessel was taken from his bed. We wrote about it here.
The court document states verbatim that Kant “lies through and through.”
About the person: This is Agnes Kant, director of the Dutch Adverse Reactions Center Lareb. She is a former politician for the Socialist Party (SP) and has been responsible for registering adverse reactions to vaccines in the Netherlands since 2013.
The defendants have defended themselves in writing against the plaintiffs’ allegations and claims to the best of their ability, writes De Andere Krant. The most extensive defense is presented by Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla, which covers 54 pages, followed by the defense of the Dutch state (also 52 pages).
Of particular note is the defense of Agnes Kant, the director of Lareb. The court document filed by the recently arrested Van Kessel and Peter Stassen states: “This review overwhelmingly shows that the more Covid-19 injections were administered, the more deaths occurred. The trend line shows that the increase in deaths occurred among people who had recently received a Covid-19 injection. Before the injection campaign, there was no increase in deaths. Batch EM0477 alone caused at least 33 deaths in the Netherlands between January 25, 2021 and February 5, 2021.”
In his defense, Kant writes: “No conclusions can be drawn about a specific batch number based on the number of reports.” According to the plaintiffs, this is “blatantly false.”
From the response summary: “Deadly batches like EM0477, which Kant describes as “lots with special characteristics,” are responsible for the vast majority of deaths occurring shortly after COVID-19 injections. Studies conducted in Denmark have shown that just 4 percent of the Pfizer vaccines used in Denmark caused 71 percent of all reported adverse reactions. This 4 percent included nine specific batch numbers that were identified early in the vaccination campaign. They were also found to be associated with 47 percent of all reported deaths (579) in that Scandinavian country.”
The court document states verbatim that Kant is “lying through and through.”
Another notable statement
Lareb’s director makes another notable statement in his defense. He claims that Lareb is capable of compiling summaries of registered adverse reactions by batch number, but has not yet done so because it “does not make sense from a safety monitoring perspective.” Yes, indeed.
The plaintiffs write: “The crux of Kant’s argument is that Lareb used an internal reporting procedure to record the reports in such a way that no ‘signals’ requiring intervention emerged.” They speak of a “cover-up.”
“Kant was aware of numerous reports of serious adverse reactions and large and striking differences between batches,” the plaintiffs said.
They further note that by early February 2021, half of the killer batch EM0477 had already been removed from the Dutch free warehouse. This is evident from the registration of this lethal batch, as only half of it was delivered and this delivery was stopped after Lareb reported another death related to this batch on February 5, 2021. The administration of this batch was then stopped, suggesting that at least the person involved knew that this batch was highly lethal.
Lawyer Meike Terhorst believes it is possible that Van Kessel was arrested because of these lawsuits. “The defendants, including Bill Gates, are personally liable for the vaccine damages,” she told The Other Newspaper. “There are lawsuits pending all over the world, including against the vaccine manufacturer Pfizer. But as far as I know, Gates is not being brought to justice anywhere in the world. Except in the Netherlands. He will not accept this and his influence should not be underestimated. If Van Kessel is imprisoned now, his case will be discredited and it will increase the likelihood that he will not win.”
