Here, we’ve taken it even a step further – the true masterclass is when the Estonian Internal Security Service (Kaitsepolitsei, also known as the secret police) steps in to offer protection, and, for example, cases involving Russian businesses never even escalate to criminal activity.

All in all, it seems like a perfectly Christian approach, where the obligation to help one’s neighbor is nicely fulfilled.
