Hannes Võrno: What happened to Greenpeace?

Do you still remember that name?
Greenpeace. Green peace.
Peace for which people climbed onto whaling ships, stood in front of tanks,
shouted against nuclear tests.
They were there when no one else dared to be.

But now?
Silence. Not a peep.
Forests are burning, chemical rainbows stripe the skies.
Is that no longer their concern?
Chemtrails? Science says: contrails.
The eye says: something’s wrong.
Where are the investigations? Where are the alarm bells?
Greenpeace? Why don’t you ask what is being sprayed?

Wind turbines – tuugens.
They sound green, spin nicely.
But has anyone looked where their rotors go when they “wear out”?
Into the soil, into the hills, buried like silences.

Solar panels?
More sun, less oil, right?
But how are they made?
Silicon, lithium, silver, rare earth metals.
Mined by the hand of an African child,
with no propaganda drone circling overhead.

Where is Greenpeace?
Mines in the heart of Congo.
The miner doesn’t count his age – he has no time.
We put his work in our pockets and call it the “Green Transition.”
But his lungs are full of dust.

Greenpeace, we don’t accuse. We ask.
Where are you?
Were you bought off? Did you grow tired? Were you redirected?
Or did the fire just fade with the next generation?

This is not an attack. It is a plea.
Come back! Help!!!
Estonia is under occupation by eco-satanists of the green transition.
There is a genocide taking place against nature and the extinction of its people.
