Evidence concealed: Corona vaccine has led to a “catastrophic increase” in stillbirths – a spectacular lawsuit filed against a US hospital
The lawsuit, filed in California Supreme Court last week, also accuses the hospital of retaliating against whistleblower Michelle Spencer after she released an internal hospital email that revealed a sharp rise in mortality rates.
A California hospital hid data indicating a “catastrophic increase” in stillbirths among women vaccinated with the COVID-19 vaccine, according to a lawsuit filed in Fresno County in California’s Supreme Court last week.
Michelle Spencer, a nurse at Community Medical Centers (CMC), alleges that the hospital “intentionally and selectively” concealed from staff, patients and regulators a sharp increase in unborn child deaths that began in the spring of 2021 and retaliated against her when she disclosed the information.
The lawsuit also alleges that the hospital concealed medical records related to the fetal death that showed a connection to the pregnant mothers’ COVID-19 vaccinations.
The data includes hospital-wide medical records documenting the number of stillbirths and the vaccination experience of the mothers of those infants. A hospital nurse told the staff that almost all of the stillbirths occurred to vaccinated mothers.
According to the lawsuit, Spencer has “witnessed firsthand the exponential increase in unborn child deaths directly linked to pregnant women who received the COVID vaccine and then gave birth to a stillborn baby several days or weeks after the injection.”
Spencer’s attorney, Greg Glaser, said:
“The bottom line of this case is that the truth will set you free. The hospital had comparative data between vaccinated and unvaccinated children. The numbers proved that vaccines caused miscarriages and higher pregnancy rates in the vaccinated group.”
“We know that the hospital administration analyzed the data because they said so, and we see that they hid it from regulators because the file [required by regulators] is empty.”
Children’s Health Protection is funding a lawsuit accusing the hospital of fraud, retaliation, and unethical business practices.
Graphic email describes increase in mortality or stillbirths
Spencer, who has worked at the hospital since 2017, works in the preterm, postpartum and maternity units, all located on the hospital’s third floor. Before the COVID-19 vaccine was introduced, the hospital was reporting an average of one fetal death per month, Spencer alleged in the lawsuit.
However, starting in the spring of 2021, the number of stillbirths jumped to about 20 per month, and Spencer says it has remained at that level to this day. This number is an estimate because Spencer does not have access to the hospital’s full medical records.
In September 2022, Julie Christopherson, a nurse specializing in perinatal care and grief, sent an email to the hospital’s nursing and technical staff describing the continuing increase in stillbirths, which she called “dead patients.”
“The number of stillbirths appears to be continuing to rise,” Christopherson wrote. “There were 22 deaths in August, surpassing the record number of deaths in July 2021, and there have been 7 so far in September, and this is only the eighth day of the month.”
She said the nurses had not seen all the deaths because the statistics included other departments of the hospital, “but there were still so many in our department.”
Christopherson said:
“This is a lot of work for you as bedside nurses, and for me as well. These deaths have taken a lot of time away from other patient groups that I care for, and I hope this trend doesn’t continue forever.”
“I know several others who are giving birth next week, so this process is unfortunately very familiar to all of you.”
According to the email, many parents requested autopsies of their babies. It also included detailed information about the improper handling of a dead fetus and reminded staff of proper procedures for handling infant remains and other biological material.
Lawsuit alleges hospital promoted vaccines “aggressively” despite evidence of risk
The lawsuit alleges that the spike in infant mortality began in the spring of 2021 when the hospital “aggressively promoted Covid-19 vaccines to pregnant women and required hospital-licensed gynecologists (and their staff) to administer the vaccines without knowing or disclosing the risks or benefits.”
According to the lawsuit, Christopherson expressed “prejudice against unvaccinated children and their parents” and helped the hospital hide data linking vaccines to record-breaking stillbirths.
The lawsuit said that almost all of the stillborn babies were born to mothers who received the COVID-19 vaccine, while the rate of fetal deaths among mothers who did not receive the vaccine remained at pre-vaccine levels, averaging one baby per month.
Hospital management ignored “multiple safety signals” of injuries to mothers and babies from the COVID-19 vaccine, according to the lawsuit, which states:
“In addition to the increase in unborn child deaths, mothers unexpectedly developed more frequent and serious health problems (i.e., vascular problems, blood clots, bleeding) that were not present prior to the spring of 2021, based on Plaintiff’s direct observations and discussions with colleagues. …
“…At the same time…the fourth-floor neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) also experienced such a dramatic increase in injuries that the number of patients nearly doubled. …Through direct observation and conversations with colleagues after March 2021, Plaintiff learned that an increasing number of infants were being born in the CMC with conditions such as missing fingers and toes, heart murmurs, and jaundice.”
The hospital profited financially from vaccine promotion, the lawsuit claims, but passed the costs of this policy onto patients and healthcare workers by refusing to investigate COVID-19 vaccination as a possible cause of increased injuries and mortality.
According to Spencer, the hospital withheld his bonus in retaliation.
Spencer kept a copy of Christopherson’s email, which he shared with several independent news sources. He also called on clinical regulators to investigate whether vaccines are linked to fetal deaths.
Then, “management was booed out and continued to offer baseless excuses, such as ‘pesticides’ as the more likely cause of the record number of infant deaths at CMC,” the lawsuit states.
Spencer said he followed ethical whistleblower standards and did not violate hospital policy. But when the hospital learned he had leaked the email to the media, it launched what Spencer called a “biased investigation” against him to silence him and other concerned colleagues.
According to Spencer, the hospital wasted resources investigating him instead of investigating the cause of the stillbirths.
She contacted the California Department of Public Health to investigate the deaths. But the hospital used its influence to obstruct the investigation by giving the department false information about the number of fetal deaths and claiming that COVID-19 vaccines had no role in the stillbirths, the lawsuit alleges.
In December 2022, the hospital refused to pay Spencer a $5,000 bonus, allegedly because he was no longer in good standing due to being under investigation.
It was a message to employees that “whistleblowers will be punished,” he said.
Spencer said the hospital’s deliberate concealment of vaccine-related data on infant deaths helped her fulfill her responsibilities as a nurse and properly inform patients about their health risks.
She continues to work at the hospital, educating patients about the risks of vaccines, including the hepatitis B vaccine. However, she has been reprimanded for her actions.
Spencer is asking the court to order the hospital to have the deaths investigated by a qualified third party. He is also seeking lost wages and punitive damages.
Spencer said he hopes his lawsuit will “expose the evil that is happening in the hospital system” and that it will “wake up parents and educate nurses.”
Glaser said:
“The hospital put financial gain before people’s lives, and the hospital retaliated against Mrs. Spencer, the nurse who exposed it all. Our goal is to present evidence to a grand jury to bring the truth to light. Only then can we truly begin to heal. And God knows we need it.”
