VOA’s chief national correspondent, Steve Herman, has released a new “urgent security update” from the Department of Defense that shows that in response to the recent “terrorist attacks” in New Orleans and Las Vegas, all U.S. military bases are implementing “heightened security measures.”
Here is the full “Urgent Security Update“:
In response to the recent terrorist attacks in New Orleans and Las Vegas, the commander of U.S. Northern Command has ordered all military facilities to immediately implement heightened security measures. These include:
- 100% ID verification
- Random checks
- Suspension of the Trusted Traveler Program
The Trusted Passenger Program was a procedure that allowed sponsors associated with the DoD to guarantee that occupants of the vehicle would be able to access the installation.
Motorists should expect delays and random checks at the entry gates as we improve the security of our installation to ensure our ability to project combat power when needed.
This is an important step in ensuring the security and preparedness of our facilities. Motorists should expect delays at the entry gates due to increased inspections.

So, what exactly have federal investigators discovered about the Cybertruck bomber and/or ISIS-loving driver who killed 14 people in a Bourbon Street truck ramming attack?
Something must have shocked the Pentagon — a threat the government has likely kept under diapers for months, though we explained it days ago in a note titled “Former CIA officer warns: 1,000 al-Qaeda fighters in the U.S. for another homeland attack.”
We believe it’s all about: “The terrorist threat? NYC is now using “the largest military presence in subways since the aftermath of 9/11.”
This all reminds us of the days when the level of the country’s terrorist threat was a common occurrence in nighttime MSM news.
Sigh…
