Fleetwood released an unexpected surprise this week that shouldn’t be ignored.
The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) recently issued a formal request for information, publicly seeking ways to simulate pandemic scenarios using “natural or man-made” infectious agents.
That alone would be disturbing enough, but Fleetwood reminded viewers of DARPA’s dark past.
As early as 2012, the agency, together with Moderna, had developed RNA-based coronavirus vaccines.
And years later, scientists discovered a genetic sequence in the COVID-19 virus that perfectly matched the spike protein patented by Moderna in 2016.
“The odds of this happening naturally are 1 in 3 trillion,” Fleetwood said.
This is not theory. This is well-documented history. And the cycle seems to be repeating itself.
DARPA has a dystopian vision of future pandemic control – a world where cities are covered in biosensors that track people in real time.
These sensors would not only detect infections, but would access a network of data points—demographic, mobility, and genomic data—to track absolutely everything about disease outbreaks.
DARPA doesn’t hide the “biosensor distribution density” in the fine print. It’s clearly stated in their own documents.
This is realistic technocratic control, Fleetwood warned. Your health, your movements, even your DNA are not only being monitored, they are being deliberately built into the system.
This is the future they want for us.

Fleetwood warned that while these government scenarios are currently described as fiction, they could easily become reality. One only has to look at past results.
This wouldn’t be the first time the US government has experimented on its own population.
Fleetwood recalled that from Operation LAC to Operation Sea Spray, officials even went so far as to spray real pathogens on Americans over major cities. “There were a lot of deaths,” but the truth was covered up.
Now, DARPA-funded researchers are publicly proposing aerosol transmission models for influenza – and publishing them in scientific journals!
It’s not hidden somewhere in a dark corner of the internet. It’s all out there and it’s time to take notice.
Fleetwood warned that the conditions for another round of spraying of the population have already been created. Only this time it is a different virus. It could be bird flu.
The script seems incredibly familiar.
Fleetwood provided a first glimpse of BIO 2025, a quiet but influential biotechnology summit attended by leading pharmaceutical companies and government officials.
“Think of the Bilderberg game.”
Heavyweights like Pfizer, Moderna, and GlaxoSmithKline participated, as well as Gates-funded groups and AI-based vaccine strategists.
Fleetwood, however, was surprised by the presence of Trump’s FDA chief, Dr. Martin Makary, who apparently helped moderate the event.
“We need to stay away from these things,” he warned, especially when they are run by people who openly advocate population control.
As Fleetwood reminded viewers, Bill Gates once said, “If we do our job well enough, we can reduce the world’s population by 10 to 15 percent.” For Fleetwood, the message is clear: Take their word for it.
Fleetwood ended the episode with a sobering truth: While COVID-19 may have killed over a million Americans, the mRNA vaccine has likely killed many more.
Citing VAERS data and underreported numbers, Fleetwood estimated that the number of vaccine-related deaths could exceed 4 million.
That means potentially over 5 million Americans have died as a result of performance enhancement research. Yet nothing has stopped it. In fact, it has accelerated.
Both parties claim that the practice is illegal. But Fleetwood says that’s just a smokescreen. “In reality, it’s more of an expansion. And now it can be done in a more insidious and covert way.”
The same scenario that led to COVID is still playing out. If people don’t stay vigilant, he warned, we will see the same tragedy repeat itself – only this time the consequences could be much worse.
