In the following video, Dr. David Martin comments on the alarming scenario described in an official document called the National Biodefense Plan. The April 2024 document details an alleged bioterror attack on July 4, 2025. Martin warns strongly against a staged event that will have enormous consequences for humans and animals. His literal analysis follows, supported by a critical look at the parties and structures involved.

This is not speculation – I’m literally reading straight from the document. And a lot of people are like,
“Oh, they would never actually do that.”
But – honestly – how are things looking so far? Our hit rate: My warnings have been right every time.
The only real way to fight back is to preempt the narrative. We need to make information available to the public early, before the scenario becomes reality, so that it simply seems implausible.
I know that many viewers – and people outside the country too – would be willing to take action if they had the right information. That’s why I think what you’re saying is great: share this knowledge. As much as possible.
We need to provide people with the main arguments – and they are all in this booklet.
Thank God we have them. They were not easy to get hold of. Stephanie had to look for them for a long time because the document had disappeared from several places. Apparently they have been trying to delete it from the internet since I showed it on Shannon Joe.
But Stephanie found it. And here it is – an official document from April 2024, the so-called National Biosecurity Plan.
And what it says is explosive: According to this scenario, bioterror attacks are supposed to happen on July 4, 2025. They claim they won’t know who did it then – but that’s not true.
If you scroll through the list of scientific advisors, you’ll see:
We know who produces biological weapons.
This person is named in the document itself.
And one more thing: many of the tenured members listed here are veterinarians and managers of high-security laboratories (BSL) – they work on weapons projects involving equine encephalitis and other very dangerous pathogens.
For example, Gerald Parker and George Post – both are right on the list. If you look at their work, you can see that they are consciously developing biological weapons.
The document also discusses a joint attack by humans and animals. Specific pathogens such as Nipah virus, encephalitis viruses and hemorrhagic fevers are also mentioned as possible scenarios.
You have to let it settle – it’s like Event 201. The coronavirus scenario was being played out at the time – long before COVID. Coincidence? No – that was the plan.
So here’s another plan: On July 4, 2025 – according to the document –
- It affects 280,000 Americans,
- 400 000 people,
- 200,000 animals involved,
- A total of 800,000 dead and sick people – in just one day.
And if you don’t take it seriously, you’re sleeping.
People always think someone else will fix it. But that’s our biggest problem.
